October California Mayflower Executive Board and Board of Assistants Meetings

All California Mayflower Executive Board and Board of Assistants are strongly encouraged to attend our October Meetings in Irvine, CA
(Note: this will be our last physical California BOA Meeting before the Rose Parade in January.  There will be an email meeting in December to approve new members only):

EXECUTIVE  BOARD MEETING:

October 18th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm - Corona Board Room

You must register with Scott Miller, CA Deputy Governor South, in order to attend and be able to vote in the meeting.  Please see attached flyer and respond via email to Scott Miller, before September 23rd.

ACCOMMODATIONS:  PLEASE NOTE:  For anyone traveling into Orange County on Friday and planning on spending the night at the Wyndham Hotel - Irvine, we have a block of rooms for us at a very reasonable rate, but you MUST contact Scott Miller before September 23rd to take advantage of the room rate under the California Mayflower Society.  On Friday, please plan on arriving near 12pm for the Executive Board Meeting.  For those flying out of John Wayne (SNA) after the BOA meeting, plan your flight out at or after 5:00pm on Saturday to give us time to complete the meeting and allow you time to get to the airport.  Your presence throughout the meeting is important. 

Shuttles are available from and to the John Wayne (SNA) airport to the hotel.

BOARD OF ASSISTANTS MEETING:

October 19th from 10:30am - 3:00pm - San Clemente Room
COST PER PERSON:  $50.00
